- Kunin® Classic™ Felt Craft Cuts 9” by 12” – Cranapple, Sandstone, Copper Canyon, Spiced Pumpkin, Olive Green, Prickly Purple, Ocean Blue
- Vintage Spools of Thread
- Vintage Buttons
- Wooden Dowels
- Anchor Embroidery Floss Spools – 0901, 0218, 0392, 0403
- Straight Pins
- Embroidery Needle
- Glue Gun and Glue Sticks

INSTRUCTIONS:
To begin the Upcycled Spool Felt Flowers, gather all supplies. Download and print out the FLOWER PATTERNS. Roughly cut out the patterns with scissors.
Paint the three wooden dowels with Light Cinnamon acrylic craft paint. Wipe off the excess paint with a paper towel, and then set aside to dry.
Secure the Flower and Leaf patterns onto Cranapple, Sandstone, Copper Canyon, Spiced Pumpkin, Olive Green, Prickly Purple, Ocean Blue Kunin® Classic™ Felt with straight
Carefully cut out all patterns with scissors. Match up the centers with the flowers and the leaves.
Thread all six strands of 0218 dark green embroidery floss onto an embroidery needle. Sew a running stitch through the center of each leaf.
Using 0901 yellow ochre embroidery floss, blanket stitch the Sandstone center to the Ocean Blue flower and attach the button. Sew a running stitch with 0392 tan floss around the Prickly Purple center attaching it to the Spiced Pumpkin flower and stitching on the button. Using 0403 black embroidery floss, straight stitch the Copper Canyon center to the Cranapple flower and attach the button.
Attach the dowels into the center of the vintage thread spools with a glue gun. Then glue each of the flowers on the dowel. To finish the Upcycled Spool Felt Flowers, attach the leaves to the dowel stem with a glue gun.
