School is out, that means summer vacation along with summer and bible camps for kids. Making crafts at camp is also a big part of every camp experience. I am sharing today some fun crafts from our Pinterest Board Kunin Felt Summer and Bible Camp Crafts. https://www.pinterest.com/kuningroupfelt/kunin-felt-kids-summer-and-bible-camp-crafts/
This blog IS very fun, Frugal Fun for Boys. I know boys too, having five lively boy grandlittles. They love to craft! This snowman is a cute craft with a very positive message.

And speaking of boys, who would not like a David and Goliath marshmallow slingshot. Soft and safe plus edible!

Some tips for crafting with a group of kids in a camp situation.
- Die or precut larger felt shapes for the kids as kid’s scissors will not cut felt easily.
- Use a good quality kid sage glue like Aleene’s Turbo Tacky. (The glue sets up quickly which is important and it is available in small sizes.)
- Add a label to the back of the large felt pieces with their name on it so there is no confusion at end of day. “(no this mine, no this is mine!
- Encourage putting dots of glue where elements like wiggly eyes are being placed. It is much easier to put glue on the larger element.
You can now find an expanded color line of Kunin Eco-fi Classicfelt; Eco-fiPlus™ Premiumfelt and ShaggiChic non-wovens fabrics in cut by the yard at your local Walmart; please inquire as to what is available in your area.
