DIY Felt Rainbow Garland

This darling little felt rainbow garland is a great way to create a decorative accent on the go. Whether you are creating a party in a park or at a campground, everything you need to make this garland fits in one small container. It is simple which makes it great for kids and beginning crafters. It only takes about 15-30 minutes from start to finish so is a great party or Girl Scout meeting craft too.
