YOU WILL NEED FOR RAINBOW FELT BUTTERFLY WREATH:
- Kunin® Classic™ Felt Craft Cuts 9” by 12” – Fuchsia, Red, Candy Pink, Orange, Yellow, Gold, Apple Green, Lagoon, Peacock Blue, Bright Lilac, Orchid
- E6000 Fabri-Fuse Fabric Glue by Eclectic Products
- Grapevine Wreath Form – 16”
- Sizzix Big Shot Die Cutting Machine
- Sizzix Bigz Die Tim Holtz Alterations – Easter Elements
- Scissors
- Ruler
STEP ONE
Gather all supplies. Measure and cut two strips 3” wide by 9” long from each color of Kunin® Classic™ Felt.
STEP TWO
Fold both strips of felt in half and sandwich them in the Sizzix Big Shot Machine over top of the Butterfly portion of the Die with the cutting plates.
STEP THREE
Cut out four Butterflies from each color of Kunin® Classic™ Felt. Fuchsia, Red, Candy Pink, Orange, Yellow, Gold, Apple Green, Lagoon, Peacock Blue, Bright Lilac, and Orchid.
STEP FOUR
Lay out grapevine wreath on work surface and starting with the Red Kunin® Classic™ Felt, dry fit all the Butterflies around the wreath in rainbow order. Four butterflies in each color were too many and looked crowded, so three was the magic number to create this Rainbow Felt Butterfly Wreath!
STEP FIVE
Using E6000 Fabri-Fuse Fabric Glue, attach each butterfly, one at a time, to the grapevine wreath. Set aside on a flat surface and allow the glue to dry.
