Red, White and Blue Mini Banner

Summer days are here and it is time to get ready for BBQs on the deck and 4th of July family parties.   I have a Red, White and Blue Mini Banner that is perfect for party and home décor or a fun DIY crafting project for kids.

Here is my supplies list for my project:

STEP 1

Begin by die cutting or hand cutting:

  • (5) Mini Banner pieces in red, navy blue and white.
  • (2) Heart pieces in navy blue and red.
  • (6) Stars in gold glitter paper.

And also hand cut the white stripes for your red banner pieces.

STEP 2

Now you can use tacky glue to adhere: the stars onto the navy blue mini banner pieces; the white stripes onto the red banner pieces; and the hearts to the white banner piece.

STEP 3

As the last step, you can glue the banner pieces on to a piece of twine.  Be sure to space the banner pieces as you want them before you add glue and press the twine into the glue.    Once the glue has dried, your banner is ready to hang!
