One of my most favorite parts of the party are these felt scarves she made for all the guests. What a colorful display they make too! Jessica Beekman Roe knows all bout boys, she has a houseful! This Valentine Party for a little boy features racing cars and mechanics. Jessica found this old tool caddy to use as a prop.
