DIY Felt Valentines

DQ DIY Felt Valentine Cookies R P1

I was browsing Pinterest looking for a new sugar cookie recipe when I came across a plate of embossed valentine cookies in white and pinks. Out the window went my inclination to bake instead I wanted to make some felt embossed cookies. Quick and easy peasy.

Die cut or cut out hearts from a pattern. I used our cream and cashmere tan felt for a cookie base. Cut out pink and white hearts for cookie tops. Pink edges. Glue cookie pieces together and run through the die cut machine with an embossing folder two or three times. Make a plateful in a matter of minutes.
