Kunin is very proud to be a sponsor of Charity Wings Art & Craft Center. A caring and energetic young woman Elena Etcheverry began the center several years ago. “The mission of the Charity Wings Art & Craft Center is to be an inspiring place for people of all ages to Gather, Give Back and Create; as well as to partner with other charities to give free classes to those who can benefit from the Hope, Happiness, and Healing that art can provide!”

Charity Wings funds many of its programs with fun events. This past year they hosted several Mad Hatter and Wonderland Tea Parties. An important part of these events was creating a fancy fascinator hat to wear. Kunin provided all of the felt and other companies provided the embellishments.

The Center’s wonderful volunteers cut out many many hats, Elena refined and perfected the pattern. Another manufacturer stepped in, Sizzix. They created a die for the hats which will be available to purchase soon and $10 from every die sold goes to the Charity Wings Foundation! The Sizzix dies cut our felt beautifully.
