Halloween time is here and what better way to celebrate than with DIY Felt Fox and Raccoon Masks made with Kunin® Classic™ Felt. These no-sew masks are perfect for dress up, photo booth props, or add an easy costume and they are ready for trick-or-treating.

YOU WILL NEED:
- Kunin® Classic™ Felt Craft Cuts 9” by 12” Fox: Pumpkin Spice, Black, White Raccoon: Silver Grey, Black, White
- Poly-Fil Braided Elastic from Fairfield World
- E6000 Fabri-Fuse Liquid Fabric Glue
- Black Marker
- White Chalk Pencil
- Scissors
- Ruler
- FOX AND RACCOON MASKS PATTERNS
PREP WORK
To begin the Fox and Raccoon Masks, gather all supplies. Download and print out the Fox and Raccoon Masks Patterns. Roughly cut out the patterns and group based according to color.
FOX MASK
Secure the fox mask base pattern onto Pumpkin Spice Kunin® Classic™ Felt with straight pins and then cut out with scissors. Pin the cheek and ear patterns onto White Kunin® Classic™ Felt and the eye and ear trim patterns onto Black Kunin® Classic™ Felt. Carefully cut out all patterns with scissors.
Cut out the eye holes from the fox mask base pattern, layer onto the pumpkin spice felt, trace the eye holes with a black marker and cut out with sharp detail scissors. Repeat with the black felt fox eyes, tracing the eye holes with a white chalk pencil. Cut out with scissors.
Layer and dry fit all the fox mask pieces together on your work surface. Attach all pieces to base with Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue. Set aside to dry.
RACCOON MASK
Secure the raccoon mask base pattern onto Silver Grey Spice Kunin® Classic™ Felt with straight pins and then cut out with scissors. Pin the cheek and ear patterns onto Black Kunin® Classic™ Felt and the face mask trim pattern onto White Kunin® Classic™ Felt. Carefully cut out all patterns with scissors.
Cut out the eye holes from the raccoon mask base pattern, layer onto the silver grey felt, trace the eye holes with a black marker and cut out with sharp detail scissors. Repeat with the black felt raccoon eyes, tracing the eye holes with a white chalk pencil. Cut out with scissors.
Layer and dry fit all the raccoon mask pieces together on your work surface. Attach all pieces to base with Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue. Set aside to dry.
Measure and cut two lengths of braided elastic that are 12” long each. Flip masks over and attach elastic to the right and left sides of the masks with Fabri-Fuse. Set aside to dry.
